We can provide supervised parenting time either at our office in SW Lakewood (on-site), out in the community (off-site) or In-home (in the visiting parent's home.) The court order and/or what the parties are in agreement to is how this is determined.
We do a written documentation of each visit, and try as much as possible to keep you with one counselor.
Intake Fee: $60.00 per person intake.
A pre-intake form and intake interview is required from both parents
Parenting Time: $75.00 per hour
You begin the process by completing the pre-intake form found HERE.
You will then be contacted by an intake counselor, who will schedule your intake interview. You will come to our office at 1360 S. Wadsworth Blvd, Ste.106B in Lakewood. to complete your intake. It will take approximately an hour.
A pre-intake form and intake interview is required from both parents, but intake interviews are conducted separately.
Once intakes are completed, then you will be ready to begin your parenting time and you will be contacted by a counselor to schedule you first visit and establish a regular visit schedule.
